Partizanska 17, facade renovation in Poreč

Under the facade envelope on the south side of the building, climbing plants have grown and polystyrene (d=5cm) has come loose. The facade was originally installed in a poor quality, which is clearly visible in the photographs. Due to the danger to people and property, necessary repairs have been undertaken. Installation of a new facade system in damaged areas, installation of mesh and new facade paint with minor repairs to other parts of the facade envelope.
